Check-in and Check-Out Times

Check-in starts at 3:00 pm and check-out is at 2:00 pm. Our ability to accept early check-in or late check-outs is subject to the season. We appreciate your cooperation and consideration in honoring our check-in and check-out times.

What to Bring with you

Guests are required to bring their own sheets, towels, bedspreads, pillow cases, blankets and toiletries. We provide a “starter amount” of toilet paper and garbage bags.

Checkout / Departure Procedures

Our standard checkout time is 2:00pm.

Before you go, please take care of a few things so we can ready the property for our next guests.

• Please leave the property neat and tidy with all dishes and cookware clean. (Please note: A charge may be deducted from your security deposit if any excessive cleaning is required after your departure or if excessive trash needs to be removed).
• Please make sure the refrigerator is empty.
• Please ensure that Stoves, Mini Appliances and BBQ Grill are cleaned after use.
• Place all trash bags in Garbage Bin/Cage located at the roadside at the front of the property.
• If you have moved any of the furniture, please return it to its original location.
• Ensure that all personal belongings accounted for before you leave.
• We recognize that accidents may happen. Please report all damages so it can be rectified prior to other guest arriving.
