Off-Peak Season (January – June and September – December)

Weekends (Friday – Sunday)
Nightly Rate: $1500.00
Minimum Stay: 2 nights
Reduced rate applies when selecting 3 nights or more

Weekdays (Monday – Thursday)
Nightly Rate: $1200.00
Minimum Stay: 2 nights
Reduced rate applies when selecting 3 nights or more

Peak Season (JAVA – July – August Vacation)

Nightly Rate: $1500.00
Minimum Stay: 2 nights
Reduced rater applies when selecting 3 nights or more
Public Holidays and Long Weekends: Check booking calendar as rates may differ
Limited Offer ***Weekend 1 Night Stay ONLY: $2000.00

Additional Fees

Security Deposit: $500.00 to be paid in cash upon arrival
(refundable providing there are no damages or extra cleaning required)

Booking Policies

Payment: 50% due at booking, balance due 7 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation: Full amount will be refunded if booking is cancelled 7 days prior to arrival;
A Cancellation Fee of $500.00 will be deducted from refund if booking is cancelled less than 7 days prior to arrival

Check-In/Out: Check-in 3:00 PM, check-out by 2:00 PM.

Failure to pay balance due on time or Security Deposit will result in your booking being cancelled.
