(Please note: A charge may be deducted from your security deposit if any excessive cleaning is required after your departure or if excessive trash needs to be removed).<\/li>\n<li>Please make sure the refrigerator is empty.<\/li>\n<li>Please ensure that Stoves, Mini Appliances and BBQ Grill are cleaned after use.<\/li>\n<li>Place all trash bags in Garbage Bin\/Cage located at the roadside at the front of the property.<\/li>\n<li>If you have moved any of the furniture, please return it to its original location.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that all personal belongings are accounted for before you leave.<\/li>\n<li>We recognize that accidents may happen.
